For a while now, I and two academic collaborators (Marsha Berry and Lisa Cianci) have been members of the Lost Melbourne page on Facebook. Started by an amateur historian, Lost Melbourne is a site of interaction where people post and share their memories of Melbourne, including quite a lot of ghost sign stuff. It's become very popular very quickly.
